Contigency Fee

We worked in the emergency room. This means that you will only pay us if we deduct your estimated amount, and therefore your property tax bill. Our fee is 50% of your tax savings this year. In addition, unlike other real estate tax consulting companies, we give you every exception, ceiling, and freeze when calculating our fees. Many competing companies offer their services for a standard fee or will not give you any benefit for these items. Our compensation is based on real savings; you only pay for what we keep for you.
